contact the company Dole that makes them, they should have gluten free lists.

I did just leave a message on their website, but probably won't get a message for a day or two. I was just curious if anyone here knew for sure.


If it's produced in the US, there's a very good chance the caramel color is safe.

It does say that the FDA allows barley malt, so double-checking is always best, but I've never had a caramel color reaction, and my reactions are pretty touchy.

As far as I know, caramel from North America is safe, but caramel from Asia may not be.
